Water Bath

A awter bath is one of the essential equipments of laboratory, which is used to incubate samples under water at constant temperature (hot or cold). It comes in various design configurations, sizes and dimensions. Water baths are used in clinical and microbiology Laboratories, universities, enviormental research and even food technology; the applications includes warming reagents, sample thawing, corrosion tests and bacteriological examination etc.

Ultrasonic Cleaning is done with the help of high frequency sound waves; in this process material to be cleaned is kept under a tank (Cleaning Tank) filed with water and ultrasound (usually 30 to 40 KHz) is processed. This ultrasonic cleaning process takes normally 3 to 10 minutes and can be extended to 20 to 30 minutes depending upon level of contamination to be cleaned. These high frequency sound waves (ultrasound) effectively remove contaminants (grease, soil, carbon deposits, fungus, bacteria, wax, rust and oil, dirt and pigments) from the surface.

Refrigerated Water Baths meet the most demanding needs of applications that require refrigeration with circulation. These refrigerated (chiller) circulating bath can easily reach up to -20°C temperature and are easy to use and safe for operator and samples.
